This is an S/M device for the advanced CBT fan only. The testes can be stretched to about 8 cm.
The both testicle rings can be opened by a hex key, which is included in delivery. The inside diameter is 35 mm, the height of the ring is 14 mm each. In addition, a spine board can be screwed onto the testicles from underneath by wingnuts.
