All you need is some X Lube and 0,5 litres of cold water:
- Fill a clean bottle with 500ml water
- Pour X Lube powder into the red cap
- Add the powder to the water
- Shake the bottle for 20 seconds
- Leave to rest for 10 minutes
- Shake the bottle again for 20 seconds
- For best results prepare approx. 90 minutes before use
