The urethra diabolo is the ultimate accessory for guys wearing "Prinz-Albert" rings. The base consists of a conically cut in high grade steel tube that is polished nicely. Its final destination is the urethra where it can be fastened saftely and firmly with the peg at the side. The upper peg - also serving as an aid for sticking the diabolo into the urethra - can be removed so that wearing the toy for a longer period of time (even pissing) is possible.
